Love the massager/ heating pad

It only gets hot in 2 spots, the whole thing does not get warm. The "massage" part is it just making a very loud buzzing sound, nothing therapeutic about it. Would not recommend this to anyone. Since I had to use it to find all this out, it's now not returnable. Oh and you have to provide your own USB power block, it does not come with one.

This is easy to use. I broke my leg, but my biggest problem has been muscle cramps in my leg. This is soothing and relaxing. I use it before bedtime, just before I shut off the light for the night. It has helped me immensely.

I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have migratory joint pain. Every day it’s a different joint that’s stiff and painful (fingers, wrists, knees, ankles). I tend to use my large weighted heating pad from sharper image (which is absolutely fantastic) to cover large areas like my hips, but I found it difficult to target the heat to smaller areas of the body. I just so happened to find this product on sale for $7 at a discount store and went ahead and purchased. Given the price I paid, I’m quite happy with it. Had I paid the retail price, I probably would have been disappointed. It’s a solid product, I just wouldn’t pay full price given how tiny it is.

Like that I can wear it as I am sitting at my laptop. Comfortable to wear laying down. Easy to adjust the massage and heat functions.

Heat settings are negligible. If you put it on High you can't feel the heat unless you put your hand on it and press it into your neck. The low to Medium heat settings you may as well leave alone. The massager?? I could get a better massager from my electric toothbrush. Don't buy it!!! Junk!!

This is the cheapest item that just doesn't work. You're much better off just buying a regular heating pad. I bought this item under the impression that it would wrap around my upper arm area and not only heat up but offer a low vibration. This item doesn't heat up much (lukewarm if even that and it has a vibration that is too loud) Shame on Sharper Image!

I like that is mall, soft, comfortable, it heats and vibrates. I have knee pain and it's great for my knees.
