Q: So tiebacks come with these? I see them clearly in the pictures but they were not listed in item description. I did not receive.

I didn’t receive any tiebacks either. Since they’re not listed in the description the picture should be changed to reflect what is truly being offered.

Q: Has anyone machine washed these? I cannot imagine how else you can clean curtains and I am not sure I can have curtains that cannot be cleaned.

Q: I purchased 3 of these at $41.74 each. they were the wrong color so i returned all three today. now it’s saying i’m only getting a refund of $44!

My sister-in-law ordered these in cloud gray. I have ordered two sets for myself in the same color — twice — and have received sand both times. The packages are marked cloud gray but the color is identical for sand.
