Awesome product. Works great

After a couple of months usage, it still decently working. I have encountered no issue with this dispenser.

Have held up well. Refills are an investment but they last a while

Installation wasn't hard but it wasn't easy. Directions weren't clear to me. I actually held off installing this for several weeks. But once I dedicated myself to the task it was ok. The soap took more than the specified 2-4 pumps to get going. Be careful not to slide the mounting plate into the dispenser before mounting else they are a devil to separate. We'll see how it stands up to use but for now it's on the wall and functional.

Dispenser works really well and a good price. The only trick was making sure we got the correct soap refill packet as Georgia Pacific has two types - one for a manual dispenser, and one for an automatic dispenser.

Tried different batteries and recommended soap and sanitizers. The unit will dispense one squirt and then the mechanism jams in the up position, then the error lights come on. If you pull the internal mechanism down and try again you will get one more squirt than error lights. The unit will complete full dispense cycle without the product inserted.

We ended up liking these even more than we thought we would. Plus it clears up the counter. The soap is really nice on your hands. When I'm washing dishes, the last thing I do is wash my hands with this. It really helps prevent dry hands. It does stick out from the wall a good bit, so plan for that when you pick the location. I would pick the black color, if at all possible, because white ends up showing dirt on the push lever. I am concerned that over time the white plastic will yellow. Yet it wasn't an expensive item and could be replaced. I generally just wash the level with the soap I have in my hand already, so I'm cleaning it routinely. Wish I could get others in the household to do the same, LOL!
