I like it very much, it's a good quality and installation seems to be easy

Chimney dikhne mein achi hai… Mujhe Ductless lena tha… To technician ne bass charcol filter laga diya aur uske paise liye alag se… Uske baad wo filter apne aap nikal gya, unhone sahi se lagaya bhi nhi…phir iss Chimney ko 2 din baad onn kiya Kitchen complete hone ke baad to pata chala chimney ka button work nhi kr rha h… Chimney direct swtich se onn or off ho rahi hai... Faber walo ko complain kiya to unke to 48 hours hi pure nahi ho rahe hain ki wo technician bhejenge... Aur Amazon walo ko bola replacement ke liye to ink mein Technical glitch chal raha hai isiliye 72 hours baad bataenge... Mujhe to lagta hai mere sath sath sabko apni problem yaad aa rahi hai.... Worst Experience...

Naam bade darshan chote, Great cry little wool!Didn’t expect this from company like faber. As advertised and much highlighted that the chimney is 3 in 1 having facilities like fan and air purifier with chimney is all bogus. It has a unidirectional fan which is of no use, just an extra plastic show added to chimney, and no air purifier, but only a thin film of paper.The value charged is as per highly advertised features. I would say don’t fall for the highlights. Its a normal chimney with extra plastics around. Feel cheated as per the cost and features. The technician from company also confirmed that this is how the product is made in company in the production line. So all in all its not a faulty product that I received, but a normal chimney that highly costed me.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video, the machine has a design problem or a PCB problem that allows it turn on or off on its own - and the killer is that, it is triggered by water vapour and smoke...When I called for a warranty service for a 2 month old product, they claimed that it is a PCB defect and to top it off, charged me money as complaint charges and I had to go through atleast 7-10 days wait time for parts before it got repaired and am yet to make sure of the longevity of the repairs now. Will update after checking it but in general, a very poor product quality with LED light covers falling off etc.,.

It’s been a week I bought this chimney. It’s getting automatic started. And it getting problematic to stop it. It’s has manufacturing defect. Very poor quality sold.

Chimney turns off on its own making some beep sounds.
