How to install it correctly ce? Will it warm up the inner space in the sunlight?

You use provided velcro strips to install the shade. It reflects the sun from outside, keeping it cooler on the inside during the summer. We haven't used it during the winter yet, but I believe it will also insulate the window glass.

What is the difference between $22.99 & &19.99 description & sizes all appear the same to me?

I’m not sure which ones you are speaking of but I bought one for the vent on top and the two side windows. There are magnets it attached with and easily put on or pull off. I like the folds in it because I can open just a potion or take it all down. It’s nice and dark. I’m glad I got it. Find one with free returns and if you don’t like it send it back
