Excellent Investment for Coffee Lovers
I've been using the Nespresso Citiz & Milk for a few weeks, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and the convenience it offers is unmatched. The quality of the espresso it brews is consistently impressive, delivering rich and flavorful cups every time.Investing in the Nespresso Citiz has truly elevated my coffee experience. Its intuitive operation, quick brewing time, and variety of original style capsules make it an indispensable part of my day. The compact size doesn't compromise its performance, and the ease of maintenance is an added bonus. Although I wish the aeroccino was dishwasher friendly like the very latest model (4).If you're a coffee enthusiast looking for convenience without compromising on taste, the Nespresso Citiz is the way to go. It's a fantastic investment that I highly recommend.

Well made and makes great lattes
This is a very well-made Nespresso original pod coffee maker. I've used it every day for the last year and it continues to work flawlessly. I like the size and water capacity, which makes 4 16 ounce cups when filled. The coffee temperature is perfect. I also have the milk frother, which works well too. Cleanup is easier than my original Nespresso machine because of the way the pod catcher is designed with a large grid in the bottom.

Best coffee maker ever
When our Nespresso Latissima finally died after several years of serving us well, we bought a superautomatic espresso machine. I didn’t know it is not recommended to use dark beans in such a machine, and that is my coffee of choice. I tried several medium roasts across a wide price range but nothing came close to the heavenly flavor of my Nespresso pods. As my husband was very pleased with his fancy new machine, I decided to get this CitiZ machine and am so glad I did. Now I can make my own espresso or delicious lungo coffee so easily. Presently, we still froth my milk in the big machine, but I plan to get a separate frother eventually so we can both be making our coffees at the same time. I thoroughly recommend this machine, it does a great job, looks good, and doesn’t take up much space on the kitchen counter. All for a not too bad price.

Fast start up, easy to use, easy to clean
My last Jura automatic espresso machine just broke and I decided to try this De'Longhi Nespresso machine which was cheaper than repair to the Jura. What I like is that it takes up a small footprint, makes more coffee per water tank than my Jura, heats quickly and is much easier, faster and cleaner than the Jura. I like the original Nespresso capsules in that it's easier to find pods. I found Peet's at my local grocery store for 49 cents per pod which is a great price. Online, I can find Starbucks, Peets and Nespresso for about 70 cents per pod.I didn't realize that the frother base is attached to the Nespresso machine, but the footprint is still small. Frother works really well and it is very quiet. I start my frother and start the espresso and they are done in about the same amount of time.Clean up is really easy. It does drip a bit after brewing, so I keep an old mug on the drip tray. The pods leave no mess and the used pod container is really easy to clean. You do need to make sure the container is emptied. My kids made some coffee and left it full and I had to dig out the last pod from the top to pull out the pod container to empty it.I liked the taste of my Jura a little better, but the difference is pretty small and I'll take the Nespresso for ease of use, easy clean up and a quick brew.

Great machine for your Nespresso pods
We love the machine and doesn't take much counter space. The integrated milk frother is a nice plus and that part is easy to clean. The coffee machine portion you will need to use a descalar and run water for cleaning. Overall, looks great, doesn't take much counter space, and makes very good coffee. The only thing we did not like was the super thick power cord that wasn't very flexible. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Very Satisfied
I love my Nespresso CitiZ. There are very few coffee shops in my area that make cappuccino just the way I like it, and none close to my home or work. So a good cup of cappuccino used to be a rare treat, but now I enjoy it most days. And with Nespresso it's foolproof - you get a perfect cup of expresso or cappuccino in no time, with very little effort and no guesswork. My favorite feature of the classic line is that you can adjust the size of your beverage exactly to your liking. Yes, I know, there are prescribed sizes of all espresso beverages, and the machine is set to that default, but you can change it any time to your taste - and I like being in control, so I like that. You can also use compatible capsules with the classic line, but so far I've stuck with Nespresso coffee. I also love the aeroccino. Making frothed milk is a tricky and messy business, but not with aeroccino. You pour in milk and press the button - and voila, perfect froth every time. If I had to find one negative of the CitiZ model, it would be that there is no low water level indicator, so if your water tank has only a few drops of water remaining, that's all that will come out into your cup. It hasn't been a problem for me though. The CitiZ model is ideal for a single person, and particularly someone with limited counter space, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or someone who entertains frequently. The water tank is rather small, so you'd have to refill it several times to serve a group of people. The aeroccino makes enough frothed milk for about 2 cappuccinos, so you would have to run it repeatedly as well - although it only takes one minute to complete the job.For me, though, it's a match made in heaven.
