Best of the Bunch
Works so well, I've bought it thrice. One I gave away. The second, I sold, and regretted it. It's really the best of its kind. Wish it had compression, but otherwise, it sounds and works great. Also good on mandolin and Dobro!

This pedal is a steal; great sound
I love this pedal. I play a Breedlove acoustic, use as a DI direct to the house. The sound quality of the effects is really lovely. The tune is accurate, boost is great. This is such a great deal. Highly highly recommended.

User Support Useless
Bought two of these. Instructions included are useless as they are only printed in Chinese. You’ll need to download an English manual from the Zoom website. Firmware update app does not work with Mac OS Ventura 13.6.7 so no updating of firmware, if needed, is possible. Pedal otherwise adequate for the money.

Very easy to use
Perfect foot pedal to actually make your acoustic guitar retain its natural sound through an amplifier!

Only one complaint
The sound is great. It’s just the amount of noise this thing cranks out. Easy fix is you use this as a preamp instead of a DI box but your gain will drop drastically.

Tone Monster
I read the reviews and watched the demonstrations and was intrigued. I play a Yamaha AC3R which has great tone and has two microphone models on board. My tone through our PA and my EIMs was pretty good, much better than the Taylor it replaced. I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I blend in the mic model (I use the ribbon model) with the piezo 50/50 and the sound through the the PA and my EIMs sound just like the sound when I'm sitting playing it unamplified - 'nuff said! Oh the tuner is easy to use and the boost function allows me to equalize the volume when I switch from a pick to finger picking.

Very satisfied. Works as described.
When I first received the pedal, I thought it sounded fine. But it's really hard to tell when you're at home. The live sound of your guitar affects what you're hearing from the pedal's output. The real proof of the pudding was in a live performance environment (in my case, as part of the church worship team). After a couple of uses, I asked the sound board guy if it made a positive difference. He's a real pro, so I trust his input. He said before, he would have to make quite a few adjustments to my channel to give the guitar (a Taylor) a richer, fuller tone. He said now he just uses the signal as-is, with no adjustments. For reference, I use the Single Cutaway setting, with the volume knob at about 10 o'clock, the Reverb knob at 9 o'clock, and Equalizer at 12 o'clock. So, while I was not particularly DIS-satisfied with the Taylor output (especially compared to an all-piezo bridge pickup), this pedal gives an even more natural sound - more like a mic'd studio environment. UPDATE: Dec 2023 - Tuning/Mute switch fails to mute.

Ukulele heaven!
This is an awesome device!!! Its quite difficult to get true sound of a high end ukulele when its amplified. This provides excellent tone for that purpose. Blending a picking solo on ukulele with swaps to rhythm strumming was a challenge - but the boost button for makes the audio balance for solos as a lone performer easy.
