What is the diameter of the opening of the metal tin? We are a bar and need shakers that we can use on rocks glasses that have a 3 9/16" (90mm) rim

Tin top diameter 90mm(3 9/16"), which fit our glass with top diameter 85mm(3 3/8"). I think our metal tin can't fit your 90mm glasses.

Does it come with a strainer?

Nope. You can get on on Amazon or do it old school bartender and jus leave enough gap for the liquid to drain through. Pro grade, by the way.
