Authentic replacement part
When it arrived I was surprised the button cover was so small, but it was actually the correct size for my center button. It went on pretty easily but I am not sure if it is all the way seated. I'm happy to be able to get a replacement part that matches and that I can install.

OEM part, perfect fit for my 2013 Audi S4.
Stupid pricey for a tiny plastic part but honestly less than I thought it was going to cost to repair when I caught my shoelace on the button climbing over my console the other day. 🤦♂️ Like others have said, it takes way more pressure to push the button on that one would think. Just use two thumbs and keep it straight as you push it on.

Factory quality at slightly lower price
This is a perfectly-fitting piece that is identical to the factory original. Two different pieces (smooth-glossy or matte) and rubber washers are included. The key to installation is simple, but takes firm determination: (1) Put the cap on straight (2) push it down with your thumbs on both sides of the button being installed (3) try not to let the toggle wiggle around from the downward pressure, and (4) keep very forceful but straight pressure on the button so you don't break the piece. It requires simple straight force downward without wobbling, and within 3-4 seconds are the right perpendicular angle, the new button will magically snap on with a satisfying "pop".

WORKED FOR MY 2010 Q5 PREMIUM PLUS - READ MY TIPS
I wouldn't be paying $20 for a 2-cent trim piece if an idiot didn't park so close to my driver's side door that I couldn't get in and had to crawl across from the passenger seat. My clothes caught the top of the joystick button and snapped it off. I did a lot of internet searching of this repair kit before deciding to purchase here, and I'm glad I did. I have a 2010 Q5 Premium Plus. Here are some tips:1. Get THIS kit. It works and you get your choice of the original high-polish (shiny) button or a matte button. I used the shiny one.2. If you get a kit from somewhere else because they are less expensive, be sure that there are tiny metal threads twisted around the "stem" that snaps on. Otherwise, it'll break again and probably sooner.3. This took some force to get it in place. I was afraid of breaking it when I tried the first two times, then the third time I made sure I was pressing directly down with both of my thumbs and it went right into place.

Fits perfectly, but way overpriced
I caught my coat on the joystick, so came here looking for a replacement. The manufacturing cost of this cant' be more than a few cents, but I would have been annoyed if the replacement was inferior so begrudgingly ponied up for this part. As other reviewers have mentioned, it comes with two (one matte, and one gloss) pieces. Both fit. I put the matte one on as a change, which looks good. I'm keeping the other as a spare, which I will likely need in the future...

does not work on 2013 Audi A5
Got it. The package was already opened. The "buttons" came with two but did not fit. Far too small. Post to sort
