Questionable for Teen over +150lbs
The board rides great. Smooth wheels. It glides great. But I didn’t see this major flaw in the reviews I read but the wheels are placed in bad position, I don’t know if I just received a wrongly installed board or it it was normal.Issue of concern:Because of placement of the wheel axles (trucks) when you try to lean for a turn like going around a curve, or turning from one street to another (90 degree turn) the wheels will scrape the board causing the skater to fly off. I tried adjusting the trucks and making them tighter, but all it does is reduce your turn radius, but eventually the wheels will scrape making it very dangerous. My son fell twice and said he didn’t feel safe riding it. So returned it and got one where it was clear that the design of board and placement of trucks didn’t allow for this to happen.I can’t imagine a board built like this, this has to be some type of flaw because you don’t see those complaints here…. Unless you do. Also there where no other holes drilled for moving the trucks out further back away the main board. My son weighs 160 lbs… so if you do get it make sure the wheels don’t touch the board when leaning on it.

Wheel bite
Im just under 200lbs... On my first test, I almost ate the concrete thanks to wheel bite. Thankfully I read some of the reviews prior that mention this - so I was taking things slow. I could have easily been seriously hurt. I have since tightened the trucks considerably - but it is still happening! I understand these are 70mm wheels. I am going to swap them for 60mm. I don't understand how these can be sold like this. I can see someone taking this "as is", and going down their driveway and getting seriously hurt!!!. Sounds like that has already happened to some reviewers. Sucks. Another $20 cost each board to make them safe with new wheels - maybe? What is up Fish? Design flaw? Someone needs to do some math/engineering on these. I expect a "complete board" to be dialed in. What a mess...*Update* - scrapped the 60mm wheel idea. Costs were adding up too much. Maybe if you are a lighter rider you can tighten the trucks enough to stop the bite? Maybe that is how this ends up working for some? At my 195lb weight - not possible. Even at a lighter weight - I feel like its a matter of time before you or someone makes an aggressive turn and the board halts you to a complete stop. Or - as your trucks break in - wheel bite could creep up. Not worth risking that possibility with my kid. What if a older (heavier) neighborhood kid grabs it for a ride? Not worth the risk. Strange this passed any testing. I had 2 different boards - same issue.*EDIT*... This review is for "41-Inch Downhill Longboard Skateboard". There seems to be a mix of reviews for other board designs. Maybe why some are not having bite issues?

Bought in April and already breaking - not happy
My son bought this with his own money and the front part where the wheel screws are is breaking apart. When he steps on the board you can see the wood coming a part. He takes very good care of his board, never gets it wet and only uses it once a week and this is already happening. Wish I could return this board.

Wheels touch deck when turning
The wheels touch the deck when turning. This causes you to fall every time if you are moving quickly. Tried to move the trucks and drill new holes but the deck doesn’t allow for it.
