If you're desperately trying to get rid of those last few inches around your waist, or you're new to muscle building/body building, then unfortunately no device will give your dream body overnight.. Arrived fast. The Muscle Stimulator is easy to use and after only a week and a half I can already see the difference. I use it once a day and I get no discomfort and I can feel my muscles contracting. No pads that need replacing is boon as no extra cost just spray the pads on belt with water and away you go. It has different modes of use which one you use depends on what results you are looking for, only tried the one so far. Overall I'm over the moon with this product it is just want I was looking for... Highly Recommended

Comfort easy to use

Firstly, the instructions were totally inadequate. They were printed on a strip of paper using a very small typeface which was difficult to read. Number 6 - Mode change - there was no description of what that was nor guidance given for usage. The main pad had 6 "arms" (no belt) that were supposed to adhere to the body but which were ineffective and after use several times did not even do that. The so called "arm bands" were useless.To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. I would have complained to the manufacturers, except that no such information was given. I am astonished that Amazon should be selling such an item. I would have expected a refund but it seems I have missed the return deadline by a few days. However I am returning the appliance since it is ineffective and does not provide the service as advertised.

Started well for a month. Battery does not recharge after putting in plug overnight. light only remain red when plugged, once out of plug it is again dead.

It was time to replace my EMS ab belt and opted for the cordless model.Am delighted with this device. No parts to replace and the battery lasts.You just need to spray the pads with water to activate. The spray container is included.To use is hit and miss with the controls. The maximum is level 15.There are six programmes so it’s great to have variety.I am glad I got. Only negative no storage bag.
