Want a really tight grip for weights on squats lbs. 400+ that I can trust. future proof

I have three other pairs of lockjaw-type collars so I can compare with multiple producers. It's a pretty simple design, so it's hard to go wrong. These ones lock onto the bar much more strongly than my others, but they also take more effort to unlock them. For this price, you cannot go wrong. I have only had this pair a few days so I can't comment on durability yet, but they seem well made so I don't anticipate they'll be breaking soon or under normal wear and tear.

Does it’s job and looks good. My first set so we will see how long they last.

Worked great at first, lost grip after time

These are so much better than the spring type clamps. The weight doesn't go anywhere, very secure. THey are also very easy to put on and remove once you get the hang of it.

I haven't been able to really rib then through their paces but from when I have. They were really solid. Great how and all

A little piece broke but it still holds the barbell in place so I mean it still gets the job done I guess but no sure why it broke on the first time
