I bought the viral cross cross chair but didn’t realize it didn’t have the wheels until it arrived. I should’ve known the price was too good to be true!! Long story short, I’ve been trying to find caster wheels to add to my chair, but the diameter of the caster stems is impossible to match. After trying multiple types of caster wheels, I gave up on it. Then I saw a video on Tik Tok that suggested buying an actual chair base replacement with wheels rather than just the wheels. Well, I searched and searched through reviews and landed on this product. I put it together as soon as I received it and I LOVE IT!! It was so easy to assemble and it is the perfect size for my chair. The wheels glide pretty smoothly on carpet. Highly recommended!!

Much sturdier than the 5-star that came with my chair. I also appreciate that each individual spoke can be replaced if needed. This will save you the hassle of trying to remove the entire 5-star assembly with a mallet should one of the caster sockets break in the future. (If you've ever attempted this, you know how hard it can be with some office chairs).

My S-Racer gaming chair wheel broke from the metal and I lost hope. Bought this and was able to use my chair after it collected dust for 2 years. The wheels for this replacement are way better and the same Hydraulic that came with the chair worked perfectly with this lower replacement. Must buy for anyone in the same situation and can do alittle bit of DIY YouTubing.

I had bought new chairs for my husband and I. We had them for a decent amount of time when my base broke where my wheels are. I came across this replacement and it fit my chair. I ordered it and gave it a chance... I'm very satisfied. This base and wheels are a lot more sturdy than my original and the wheels are so much more smooth. Definitely worth the money. I'm happy.

Despues de que se rompio la pata de mi silla pense que tenia que cambiarla, busque refacciones y al parecer son mas genericas de lo que uno piensa, solo de comparar la que tenia contra esta, se siente mucho mejor calidad, si tuve que buscar una forma de desarmar el cilindro y las ruedas pero despues de eso sin problema!

Se rompió la base de mi silla con la cual tengo alrededor de 4 años, encontré esta base pensando que simplemente sería la misma calidad que la anterior. Error, esta base de silla esta bastante dura y robusta, es un poco más grande que mi anterior base lo cual hace que se siente más estable y segura mi silla. Encajó bien a la medida.
