This review is being written because I received a discount on product. It has been a week since I started taking these and I can say I have not a difference in my overall well being. Things are getting more regular in the entire system. I love that this probiotics has not only vitamin but mineral for our bodies to function better. This makes it nice as I don't have to take these and a multivitamin as well. I have even noticed I'm sleeping better at night.
