Leather Checkbook Cover for Personal Checkbook, Checkbook Cover For Women & Men, RFID Blocking Checkbook Holder Wallet for Duplicate Checks

I have a checking account with one of the biggest banks in the US yet my new, standard sized checkbooks ( 3" tall/deep ) do not fit well in this YOOMALL Leather Checkbook and Register Cover. My checkbook is 3" tall 2 3/4" backing and 1/4" being the spine. If I lay my 20 yr old checkbook next to this new one it's obvious. My old wallet laid flat is 6.5" x 6.5". This wallet, if laid flat is 7" x 7" as described. Then I searched Amazon for 6.5" checkbook covers and Wa La! Who know checkbook covers come in two sizes!So if you have the bigger sized checkbooks, the quality of this one is really good. If I wasn't using duplicate checks (checks with the carbon copy) this checkbook cover would probable work for my smaller checks.

Wow! Really quality and well made checkbook cover, especially for the price. The leather is very smooth and overall the edges are well finished - very high quality! There is a slight padding under the leather that makes is feel very high-end. I ordered the red, and it is a perfect, deep red. Only (very small) negative is that I wish it had a pen holder loop on the edge, but it I knew before I ordered that it did not. Don't hesitate to order if you want a classy-looking checkbook folio!

I’m very happy with the checkbook holder. My cheap plastic ones kept splitting, so I decided to try this. The color is exactly the same purple/pink as pictured. It is simple inside, no credit card holders or anything, which is exactly what I wanted. It holds standard size checks and a register.

So far, so good.I use duplicate checks and it closes just fine. The plastic that goes between checks is fine. One thing that I had on my old cover that is not included here is a loop for a pen. It also wouldn't hurt to have a velcro closure to keep it closed, but not that important as I don't carry it in my purse. Nice color selection for this leather cover.

I like the material used. I love the color since I can find it in my purse. The only negative is that I have checks that are bound on left side. When I tried to put the checks into the cover I discovered that the opening was very tight for the checks to slide into the opening. I wish that the opening was just a little bit bigger to accommodate the checks that I have. If checks are bound on the top edge you probably would not experience this problem.

I like this cover. It’s sturdy and soft leather. I agree with another customer - the violet is much lighter than shown. It’s lavendar not a brighter purple. In the photo, this cover is on the bottom. The top one is a leatherology cover. I was expecting this cover’s color to be similar to my other cover. This cover is slightly longer and feels about the same, but costs much less. There is a place to put a pen In the middle. With my checks on one side, the register on the other side, and a pen in the middle, it doesn’t close very well. Perhaps over time, the material would loosen up, conform to the fullness, and stay closed. Not an issue for my use. I’m happy with this purchase. I took off a star due to misleading color in the listing.

Not too pleased with this one however keeping it at this point. The cover doesn't close or lay flat with checks and register inside. Very disappointed but holding on to it until I can find another one to use.

This checkbook is just a little larger than a regular checkbook. I like that I can put bills and receipts inside of it if I need to . . .
