Walker’s All-Butter Shortbread Traditional Assortment - 17 Assorted Cookies Per Box - Authentic Shortbread Cookies from Scotland

I love shortbread and Walker's is the best basic commercial one I've had. It's sweet and rich enough to be satisfying, but not extremely sweet. One cookie is usually enough for me. This package comes with three different styles of shortbread utilizing the same recipe. The types are shown on the package: cookie bars, round cookies, and the large shortbread round scored to break into pie-slice shaped sections. I received the box at least a week ago and I have been eating one or two cookies a day. The container has three sections; the large round and the bars are in their own packages within the larger plastic tray. The round cookies are not. I have not put the cookie box or the individual ones into additional packaging, just always closed up the original when I was finished. The round cookies were just as fresh a few days after opening as they were at first, and the bars have also stayed fresh. I haven't opened the large round yet. These cookies are not crumbly at all, quite sturdy for a cookie, actually, and yet they are easy to bite into. The simple but rich buttery sweet flavor makes the cookie seem to melt in your mouth but it's a satisfying bite. These classic cookies are great to keep on hand for a personal snack or to serve to a guest with a cup of tea or coffee.

Delicious. Most arrived broken but that was okay for me, it wasn't a gift.

The are the best . Every bit as good as the ones I had while in Scotland. Fresh and buttery taste.

My wife loves shortbread cookies so we got these for her for Mother's Day. She was very excited when she opened them and confirmed this is her favorite brand of shortbread cookies.

I had tried these cookies before but they have never been this delectable. The butter they use in these cookies is out-of-this-world delicious. From the moment you take a bite of these cookies till the last crumb you will be amazed. In fact I think I ate three cookies just today and I usually only eat one or two cookies at a time. They were so tempting and so satisfying to eat. Most of the larger cookies were broken but the smaller ones seem to have survived. This biscuit is my favorite because it has a delicious taste and is made with simple and clean ingredients.I have known this brand since the Christmas season, and my husband spotted it in Sendik!In the USA, finding simple and clean ingredients is really quite difficult. Most sweet biscuits in the grocery store have added a large amount of sugar, artificial dye, and a long list of unnecessary chemicals to the recipe. I thank this Scottish company for keeping the product clean and in my case I received it in excellent condition without cracks or missing items. Thank you for carefully handling the delivery. Do not expect cookies to arrive in platter for company condition. Mine were 50% broken. The freshness was good but the condition poor. The box was not protected in any manner so I am not surprised.
