My Favorite
I ordered this bow because I am a petite woman, and a bowhunter. I know this bow has mixed reviews but it is absolutely perfect for my size and shooting style (split) I ordered the bow in 40#s and I havent experienced any stacking issues, finger pinch (I shoot with an Olympic tab) and it was easy to set up, knock, and then go shoot! This bow was shooting dead on at 20yards, its quiet and deadly, an absolute dream to shoot and game changer for hunting in a blind. I recommend this for everyone not just short ladies.

Beautiful craftsmanship, smooth shooting
The media could not be loaded. I am pretty much totally new to archery. I’ve shot cheap bows and compounds growing up but it’s been a while. I wanted to start with a traditional recurve bow and after a little research decided to go with the Bear Super Mag 48 with a 40# draw. This thing is beautiful. The craftsmanship is amazing. It feels excellent in the hand and shoots super smooth and very quietly. I’m excited to get out with a little more room for some longer distance shooting soon.

I've always wanted one but was worried about the short length. After shooting it for a few days I couldn't be happier. It's quickly becoming my favorite recurve.
