Great information for Health
Great information on food and nutrition. Have been following Dr James Dinicolantonio online and wanted to learn more. At times it was a little difficult to understand, but for someone like me without a science background they explained well. Need to read again & highlight. Would recommend.

Good Read for Everyone
Even if you aren't overweight, this book covers a lot of information about how to optimize your nutrition. Most people in the Western world are over fed and undernourished, and this book can help you determine strategies to help imbalances that are likely occurring inside you.

Very informative
Things you were taught at an earlier age, like too much salt is bad for you and eggs aren't good for your cholesterol.Very enlightening! Highly recommend!

Good Information
The information included was insightful and a little scary when you think about passes for food in the US. The meal plan section is going to be incredibly helpful, I knocked a star off because of the annoyingly large font—even when I changed it to the smallest available in the Kindle app, it was huge—and the price. I would have preferred the paperback, but $30 is a bit much, especially given that if the formatting had been better, the book would have been considerably shorter.

Common Sense I’ve Heard Before
This is a very basic book. The principles within our very tried and true. It tells you to eat a low-carb balance diet and to exercise. It didn’t really contain any information I hadn’t heard before, but then I am a constant dieter. The book appears to be a self printed version as it is not professionally printed.

Excellent Book! Worth Purchasing!
I absolutely LOVE this book! I was hesitating purchasing it due to some of the negative reviews about it being too scientific, but I'm glad I purchased it regardless. This book has excellent advice for those who struggle with autoimmune conditions, those trying to lose weight, and those of us with thyroid problems. I have a background in health and wellness, and have not wanted to put this book down! I'm learning so much about nutrition, sleep, and diet, and am seeing results in my body/the way I feel already, by following the suggested protocol.If you're on the fence about purchasing it - I say DO IT! You won't regret it! There is incredible information that anyone and everyone can benefit from in this book.

Just a great insightful book overall. Gives great tools and wisdom to apply while on this weight loss journey. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Everyone should read this
This book is thoroughly written and researched, and is written in a way that non-science people can understand. I think everyone should read it because there’s a lot of helpful information and tips on how to make easy changes into your life. My mom has hypothyroidism and I learned more information about how diet and/or mineral deficiencies can contribute to thyroid dysfunction. Now that I’ve finished the book, I’m going to give it to her to read.
