Nothing Short of Miraculous
Do your own research but, personally, DIM is a game changer for women over 40 struggling with the effects of hormonal imbalance. For seven years I have been looking for a way to combat adult acne (the painful, deep type on chin and jawline, specifically associated with hormones). Not sure why no dermatologist or doctor even KNOWS about this natural supplement but after two months, the improvement is nothing short of miraculous. Also nearly wiped out much of the emotional effects of PMS and the night sweats and anxiety from perimenopause. I am experiencing some fatigue as one of the known side effects but it could be just my body adjusting to a new hormonal ratio of estrogen. This particular capsule is SOY free which was important to me. As an aside, I am also dairy and egg free, though not vegan.

Be careful! I have never in my life been allergic to anything. I took a pull with breakfast and was fine. I took the second one at lunch, within an hour my face was numb, raw, with a tight "sunburn" feel. The next day, today my eyes are swollen. Nothing else in my life is new except this. Sadly, after reading all the reviews, I hoped this product would be a life changer for acne, weight, ect... nope, it's not
