After a few hours of use, the unit would start to leak at the tip and not work as expected. Now, they will tell you there are "troubleshooting" things to look for and things you must do to make sure it operates without problems (all followed). But for the price, you should expect a solid piece of equipment to function properly and without several attempts at fixing a problem that shouldn't happen. Product is pretty easy to use. My team has been performing weekly sanitizing of our buildings and vehicles. Not sure what the difference is between this unit and an airless painter these folks offer. Other then an additional $300 pricetag. But that's just me
