I don’t know if it was just that I’m so used to “normal” pillows, but I could not get used to the shape of this one. The firmness was perfect and the memory foam was alright, I liked that it came with extra. It made my arm fall asleep and I was forced to sleep on my back with my head turned to the side in order to keep feeling in my arm. Returned and refunded, I guess I’ll keep looking.

You might ask why did I give it only three stars the reason is night after night it gets so squashed down in the part where my neck lays that I have to open the zipper up and push some of the stuffing in there for it to keep its shape just in the neck area. It is definitely worth it Not having neck pain!

This was a replacement pillow I have had for a long time. This pillow is filled with shredded foam, I was under the impression it was memory foam one piece. It is a little jarring with your head on it. It is very very firm, not comfortable. I followed the instructions to lessen the hardness of the pillow. Unzip the pillow and pull out some of the stuffing, at both ends. It is not messy but not the easiest to arrange. As far as a pillowcase, the reviews were not great. I just put it into a standard pillow case and live with it. Over all it is a pillow I just have to get it broken in by taking out foam pieces and rearranging them so it can be comfortable.

Even taking a lot of the stuffing out it is still hard.
