Very disappointed with the watch. The battery of the watch failed after one month. I contacted the seller who asked me to send a photo of the watch in question. I took the photo and sent it, but have received no further response from the seller. Very poor product and even poorer customer service.

This watch is horrible!! Got it in today. Charger it for a few hours. Turned it on and we can’t get it past the select language screen. My daughter is very upset!!! Piece of junk!! I will be sending it back.
