Packaging: As somebody who already leaves their teabags in as they drink, I loved the packaging, and the bamboo tongs were a very nice addition. Even if you didn't, you could take it out, but the teabag structure is hard to notice.Smell: Very good. Reminded me a lot of matcha, which means it's very good for the relatively low price.Looks: Beautiful. Not green, but it has a very deep translucency that I find mesmerizing.Taste: Amazing. I was looking for a stronger green tea, and that's exactly what I got. I'm overall very happy. Steeping took a while, though.

This is my favorite tea blend. It has a beautiful aroma and taste, and I find it very relaxing. It is also a good value and has a low sugar content.

Been buying this item for months. Excellent product. It comes with bamboo tongs that make it easy to remove the teabag when it has brewed to your taste. Licorice taste is delicate and not at all overpowering.

It's a very high quality tea. I have done blind test tasting on myself utilizing the handpicked blueberry tea version and the celestial blueberry tea. Four out of four times I pick the hand-picked blueberry tea. Had a nicer flavor, I use their blueberry tea and their peach tea and mix the two together for my perfect blend. I love this ginger tea. It has a deep ginger flavor that tastes great while it settles my stomach. I have purchased it multiple times, as I start each morning with a cup of ginger tea. The only negative is that the paper tea bags tear easily, but I always place them in a tea ball before adding to my cup, and that solves the problem. If you're looking for a ginger tea that really tastes like ginger, this is the one for you.

If you’re used to a strong Chai, you’ll need to double the number of bags with this one - and be careful as the bags break/split easily. I thought I’d try this because it of a Prime Day deal but I’m back to ordering Tazo or Stash again and will toss the rest of these. You do get what you pay for.

Wanted to try this because it's about five dollars less than my usual monthly subscription order of spearmint tea and everyone was raving about it being the best spearmint tea they've had.I don't know if I just got a bad/expired batch or something (even though the expiration date on the box isn't til April 2026), but the tea smells dried out and hardly tastes minty at all..it tastes old.I don't know what other spearmint teas everyone's been drinking, but this is far from the best that I have had. I'm probably going back to my other subscription after this box. So unfortunate that this is an non-returnable item or I absolutely would return it.***EDIT: The seller contacted me promptly after this review and offered a full refund despite Amazon's return policy. They were kind and courteous while doing so and even asked for the lot number so they could do further quality control. I do not have the box anymore to help with that, but appreciate their due diligence regardless. And I have now received said refund. I added 2 stars due to great seller experience.
