I’m 5’3, 130 lbs and got the medium. The waist is a little big on me but fits me perfectly everywhere else. I feel like the small would have been too short on me. Hope this helps!

i'm 5'4", 190 lbs., and the extra large fits well and is a good length. i always wear leggings/capris with dual pockets under my tennis skirts (i cut out the pants under the skirt) bc i like the deep pockets, the outfit has a nice finished/complete look, and there's no concern about bending over or sitting.
