I’ve gone through a bunch of pillows over the years, but this BETU Cooling Pillow is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I sleep in literally every position—on my back, stomach, and sides—and this pillow works perfectly no matter how I’m laying.It really does have a cooling effect, which I love as a hot sleeper. Just make sure your room is cool too, and it makes a big difference. It came vacuum-packed, but it fully expanded within just a few hours. I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived, and it was super comfy right from the start.I also washed and dried the pillowcase before using it, and it came out looking and feeling great—no shrinking or damage at all. Honestly, I look forward to going to bed every night now just because of this pillow. It’s supportive, comfortable, and totally worth it!

The good: I like that you can remove and add memory foam chunks to it, and they provide the chunks. Personally didn't need to, but it was good to have the option. Fairly comfortable as well.The bad: Didn't really cool as much as other pillows I've had, but it did cool a little. Not a huge issue, though.

I like how it feels, but I think it's too thick or too firm to be memory foam but this pillow has cured my neck pain and I have been having better night sleep than with other pillows so I don't complain about that! It's not flat at all and if it is too flat they send a spare little bag with more filling so you can fill it up to your liking, the color is nice and white which helps me fall asleep better. I have gotten better sleep quality thanks to this pillow along with no more head pain or headaches during the day, and my pain has been relieved by this pillow!! It is a bit heavy to turn and toss it over but overall really great pillow! Oh and I forgot to add in: It does smell like memory foam chemicals but it's not bad at all, it's really faint and you can barely notice it unless you really lock into the smell then you will, it should resolve itself in a week or two!

The pillow is comfy and I like that you can adjust the firmness by removing some of the foam. It definitely helped with my neck pain and feels supportive whether I sleep on my back or side. That said, I was expecting it to stay cooler during the night, but it still gets a bit warm after a few hours. Not a dealbreaker for such bargain.

Giving this product 3 stars. In terms of comfort and softness, the pillow itself gets 5 stars. But the pillow case that gives the pillow the cooling effect is honestly a scam. It stays cool for the first few nights, but as soon as you wash it, it gets a bunch of lint balls stuck to it, and doesn’t cool the same. Only one side is cooling also, so you can’t flip it to get the cold side. One side is cooling, one is bamboo. The size is great, it’s a really nice pillow overall. It’s fluffy, it forms to your head/neck, and doesn’t go flat. It’s a decent weight. After I invested in an actual cooling pillow case, this pillow has given me such good quality sleep. I love it!

I needed a pillow for company and ordered this one. It did have a smell when it first arrived but let it air out for three days then the smell was not noticeable. It opened flat at first, but got thicker. My company told me the pillow felt heavenly to sleep on! It fits in a standard size pillowcase perfectly but does puff up higher than other memory foam pillows I have. It also has extra memory foam to add if needed! Highly recommend!

If you are a side sleeper with neck problems, get this pillow. It will help with your neck pain. Hands-down the best support pillow I have tried. I have purchased the contoured pillows for side sleepers and always felt a gap in where it should support my neck, this pillow fills that gap. Also comes with a bag of extra shredded memory foam.
