My husband ordered this for himself after hearing an ad for it on the radio. He has been snoring like a chainsaw our entire married life - nearly 20 years. The noise was so bad we could hear him snoring while we were downstairs, even if the bedroom door was closed! Over the years he has tried nasal strips, sleeping with his head elevated, a humidifier in the room. I use to routinely sleep with earplugs in but they became very uncomfortable. He had sleep testing done twice, but they couldn't pinpoint what needed to be done. He stopped shy of having an operation. I finally took to sleeping in another room, whenever he was snoring, because of the dreadful noise. From the first night he used Snore Stop spray it worked like a charm!! I can't believe we hadn't heard of this before, like 20 years ago!! He sleeps more soundly because he is not snoring and I don't have to leave every night. It's gotten to the point that I know he forgot to use the spray because he snores. It's amazing! I had resigned myself to having to move rooms every night. Try it, it really does work. I'm so thankful !!

I was within minutes of being smothered to death until I stumbled across this product.I have noticed a worsening of my snoring symptoms in the past few months and my fiance has started to get crabby with the lack of sleep. I brought this as a last resort before surgery on my broken nose. I have been using it for 3 nights and i have not had any snoring at all. Very Happy Sleeping fiance and risk of murder decreased to ZERO!

I saw this had fewer than favorable stars but I must say, this with the throat spray is working for me. I just ran out and will miss them tonight, but I'll have them tomorrow. Going to put them on auto ship so I never run out again.

Was looking for some help with snoring.Bought some of these… tried for a while then started getting a sinus infection so I stopped. Then wound up on 3 months of antibiotics and ultimately surgery to remove inflammation and damage and open up drainage to stop recurring infections. Prior to this, never had a sinus infection in almost 5 decades.

It did nothing--and then I looked at the bottle closely. They do not really mention the homeopathic angle in their advertisements. Given the percentage dilution, it is very possible that some of the active ingredients are not even present in the spray.This is pure snake oil.

I expected very little and was pleasantly surprised. I'm a mid 30's guy, in decent fitness and suddenly started getting complaints from my wife about snoring. I figured I'd give something simple a shot and this seems to certainly clear out my nose, but also has at least dulled the snoring to the point where I don't get hit with pillows or shoved in the middle of the night. It could just be the same as a nasal spray, but it's helped.

This is nasal spray - not nearly as effective as the throat spray that I have previously purchased from CVS.

I used this snore spray for about a month. It certainly did not eliminate my snoring. I can’t say whether it improved the situation at all - I have a sleep quality app that records snoring and there was no consistent reduction or change. I did not notice any negative side effects, which is good. Probably will continue searching for a more effective product - at least this wasn’t an expensive gamble.

It works and definitely makes a positive difference!
