Boker 1300CX Ceramic Paring Knife with 3 3/8 in. Blade, White

I've had this for a few months now and while the blade is still sharp it is starting to wriggle in its mount to the handle. I'll continue to use it until the blade comes out which seems imminent.

I've had this ceramic knife for three years now and it is still my go-to paring knife. This is the first and only ceramic knife I ever purchased. I use it almost daily and don't have any complains. The blade is still very sharp, the handle fits perfectly into my hand and with the plastic cover I can store the knife in my cutlery drawer where its always close to hand. I have tried other ceramic knives since purchasing this one and none of them are as sharp or well made.

I discovered ceramic knives while working abroad in Europe. Once you've gone ceramic, you will NEVER want to use anything else. These knives cut everything like butter (including fingers - be careful!). Best of all, they never dull. You may see similar Japanese brands, but I highly recommend the German "Boker" brand.
