Long battery, great brush
I've had this since 2017 and love it. The buttons are just now starting to get so they don't press as easily, so I'm considering a replacement soon, but the 4 years was worth it, in my opinion (and my dentist's; I'm no longer being told I don't brush well enough).I do have to kind of hold my mouth open and lean over the sink while I brush, otherwise I start gagging from bubbles or whatever because I have a really bag gag reflex (and I use a non-foaming toothpaste), so the toothpaste/hard water running down the handle of the brush is part of why the buttons are starting to go. I do wipe it down after every use, and occasionally take a q-tip with vinegar around the buttons to try to dissolve some of the minerals. My mom says what she does is keep her mouth closed, but pause the brush mid cycle to spit. Just a comment, since I've seen reviews complaining about it being hard to brush because you can't take the brush out of your mouth while it's on (and don't forget to put it in your mouth before turning it on, or you'll have toothpaste everywhere!)The battery usually lasts me about 2 weeks or so, and is still going strong 4 years later. Even my husband's battery is doing well, and it occasionally goes months without use (draining naturally) when he's deployed. I would suggest getting a version with the charging case though, and if I replace mine, that's what I intend to do. We went on a short trip once where I didn't bring the charger, but the flight was bumpy enough I guess the toothbrush thought it was being picked up so the lights were coming on or something...not entirely sure, but it was fully charged when we left and completely dead when we landed. Luckily my husband had the charging case. It takes forever to do a full charge, but it works well in a pinch. I really like the charging glass it comes with though, it's a nice looking toothbrush holder and fits nicely on our mirror.I actually haven't really used the Bluetooth part much, because the phone I had when I got it wasn't compatible and I forgot about it when I got the new phone. I do remember using it with my tablet some at the beginning though, and it had some cool features, was just inconvenient on the tablet. But if you aren't going to use the Bluetooth, there may be some cheaper models that would be more worthwhile.

Does a great job for teeth and gum health
My old electric toothbrush finally failed, and I purchased this product. In the past, I would rush through brushing my teeth, but with this product combined with the phone app, I can consistently do a better job brushing my teeth. When I am in a hurry, sometimes I still brush without using the app to get done more quickly, to the detriment of my oral health, but most of the time I use the app. The app provides a disciplined way to brush the teeth and get it right. It lets you know when the brush is held in the wrong angle and when to move on to different teeth and how long to spend with different teeth. It is a great way to brush teeth correctly, every time. There are good illustrations in the app that show exactly what to do and how much time you have left with different teeth. Aside from that, the toothbrush is a great product that leaves my teeth clean and refreshed.

One still going 2+ yrs, other just 4 months (UPDATE)
I bought the black one and pink one.The black one was for me and so far has lasted me 2 years and still going.I decided to buy the pink one as a gift and it dies 4 months later! Not happy.So black Sonicare diamondclean - 5 starsPink sonicare diamondclean - 1 starsUPDATE: went from 3 to 4 stars because I used the Philips chat online to get a replacement handle for the pink one. It came in like 2 days. But I can’t give 5 stars because the first one had an internal malfunction in it 3 months later. But the customer service was 5 stars. Your toothbrush has to be under the 2 year warranty to get the replacement.Update2: eh I decided to change to 5 stars because Philips did resolve issue in 2 days. I just hope the malfunction in the first pink toothbrush was a rare occasion.

Dead after a couple years
I mean these things are pushing $150-$200, this one quit working after about 2 years…

Didn’t last a year but..
I got this brush in May 2023 and 11 months later the power button stopped working. I came here to write a negative review (pay over 200 dollars for 11 months use is not acceptable) but read someone else’s review regarding their customer support. I called the number, explained the situation and they are sending me a new one. So maybe not all products are durable but they have great customer support for sure! I definitely love this brush (I got a pink one and another reviewer also said a pink one having issues) and hope I get a long lasting one this time :)

It has setting for most anyone's needs.
This works well for me. I mostly use the gentle setting and the deep cleaning setting. It both polishes and whitens my teeth, leaving a clean feeling in my mouth. The longest I've had the toothbrush away from the charging base is 2 weeks. It never lost its charge nor did it slow down when brushing. It took me a minute to realize that the toothbrush will charge when leaning over in the charging cup rather than needing to stand straight up. The old Philips Sonocare I've had for years has a charging base that holds the brush in an upright position. This one rests easy in the cup. Sometimes when a product goes through so many development changes over the years one ends up feeling disappointed. However Philps Sonocare seems to have maintained their quality over the years. I appreciate it.
