Total waste of money!!!!
I run a small auto shop and have a couple big roll around jumpers but was looking for something easy and didn't need an extension cord. I tried it on a jeep that had been sitting for a couple months, didn't work at all and took 100% charge to 0% and motor never turned over. Ok, it had sat awhile. Recharged and checked manual to make sure I was using it properly. Then tried it over next couple weeks on Honda's and Ford's and 1 Chevy. Never turned a motor over. And charge dropped to 0% instantly. Junk!! Bought Harbor Frieght model and works perfectly. If I wasn't honest I would sell the POS on Craig's list but it will be in garbage tomorrow. I'm done with it. You have been warned, I wish I could give it a negative 3 stars. Also, I have never given a review on anything before but felt so strongly about this product i just had to.

Will Not Hold A Charge. AVOID.
I have never been able to use it, it will not hold a charge. Three times I have charged it to 100%, three times I have gone to use it less than 2 weeks later and found it completely dead. Complete waste of $.

Easy to handle and use with well written manual
Just received this a couple of days ago and used it on a friends car that had been sitting for a couple of weeks with a dead battery. Started it first time. The manual was easy to read and understand for me. By the way, I’m a 70-year-old woman and this was easy to handle. It only weighs about 3 pounds and combining the instructions from the manual as well as reading my friends car manual I got it right the first time. Like a lot of things now it’s important to read through the manual and then follow the instructions. It has a lot of safety features. The ambient temperature was about 40° so I wasn’t able to test it yet at low temperatures.

So far this is probably the best jumper out there
So far this is probably the best jumper out there. Let me explain why.-most if not all jumpers regardless of brand are imported from China, and rebranded. Period! So your warranty issues will become a big deal when you realize it's going to have to ship back to where it came from. Or the seller will never respond, which I saw in all heavily reviewed items in low score department.-these darn jumper manufacturers including the most popular on Amazon, make fake or outrageous claims on power output. Some claim 400-1000amp and in reality test about 200-250amp max. What they don't list is that it will add up to those amps over 3 seconds or some silly form of math to manipulate how it comes off to customers. So now to this jump-n-carry. My research concluded a few things, jumper with higher than average "tested" output for 100 bucks or less, and a manufacturer with a real reputation, and potentially local or in the USA so I don't have to toss it in the trash if it fails soon. In the end i almost got a china model with decent output, something like 370amps for much less and last second came across this jump-n-carry. shocked that the tests on this unit put it right around that unit overall, plus this jumper had no problems with accessories on the laptop connection. The china ones suffer from reverse polarity issues and all kinds of surprises. While I'm not saying a Chinese made jumper is never good option. I just found that they were incredibly unpredictable. And the fact ANKER, a very good company stopped selling them themselves (also rebranded units I believe) was a red flag at the quality difference and batteries used inside the units. too many returns or warranty problems I'd assume. For the price, reliability, the brand, and fact they will service them out of warranty (at a cost of course.) Means it's not going to break on you right away. That's the most important thing here, what good is a jumper if it's going to fail when You really need It .

Perfect! A must have.
Wow. Fantastic. This review is for the 12 volt lithium JNC318.I have a 2016 Subaru which has an odd issue that drains the battery regularly. Without going into that rabbit hole, suffice it to say I have to jump start the car often. My old jump starter was bulky and eventually refused to take a charge (darned Black and Decker). I saw this and gave it a shot. I am sold! Open the hood, plug it in and crank the car. No struggle, no hesitation, no problem. The battery was still at 100% after my first jump start. I have used it quite a bit since then and have yet to charge it. It is just a workhorse. I broke down and ordered another one last week. I will likely purchase one for my parents and for my college age niece.I have not tested it in cold weather. My niece lives in North Dakota so I will update this if she experiences any problems.

Must have if you are on the road 24/7
Very nice product to have especially you are on the road a lot. When I first heard about this little device I wasn't sure If i would buy due to reason being so small and my mind was thinking would it be able to handle all my V8 vehicle. But when that day came I had to dump start one my 3 V8 vehicle and worst part was is that the car is in the middle we had no space to put the other vehicle next it. So we decided to try this little device, it didn't hesitate to jump the vehicle right away.

Clore Automotive has a great reputation in the auto business so I was confident ...
Purchased this to replace both my Booster Pac5000 and JNC950 (both of which lasted me over 8 years of constant service at my shop and at the auction). Clore Automotive has a great reputation in the auto business so I was confident this would be a good product. Purchased it a few weeks ago and so far it successfully jump started 3 vehicles (1 six cylinder car and 2 four cylinder cars) all with completely dead batteries. Didn't need to recharge yet as it still shows 100% on the screen. Lets see if it lasts half as long as my JNC950 and Booster Pac5000. The provided case is also nice as it holds the clamps, charging cables and manual.
