First time trying this. From what I’ve seen Chris Bumstead uses his own products so I figured “why not?” Dissolves easy. Tastes smooth and has the flavor as advertised (1 or 2 scoops). It’s a bit more expensive then what I am used too. I’m used to jittery tingling feelings in my preworkout. I confess, I was let down (AT FIRST) because it didn’t feel like I was getting the bang for my buck. Then I started my workout and kept going, and going, and GOING. Cardio, weights, and even off days. I felt like I could push my limits without questioning if my heart was going to explode. It was seamless energy. Highly recommend and worth the money.

A really good middle hitting pre-workout. I couldn't find it on the packaging, but after some searching one scoop is ~130mg of caffeine. Works well on a regular daily workout and gives a pretty good pump, but for any super heavy days or PR attempts I would either double scoop or look towards the Thuper line of pre. As for the taste, it's light and not super intense. I'm not a big fan of fruit flavors, so the Rocket Candy was a good change. Taste is similar to a very light smarties/fun dip candy flavor. As for texture/graininess, I stack with creatine so I can't say much on that. Overall a pretty good pre-workout, but for $50 for 40 single scoops or 20 double scoops, the price leaves a little to be desired.

One of the best tasting pre workouts I’ve tried in many years. Not too high of stim, but effective and well dosed for the most part. Price is not too bad either.

The flavor of the 5 peat is awful!!!! It’s like they have forgotten to flavor it. Just tastes chemical. Get the rocket candy instead. I like everything else about the product.
