If the regulation is too low, no gas can get by. Please set the flames larger. 2. Please determine that the lighter is properly refilled. When you press the button, whether it hisses? And whether there is electrical radio - if it sloshes when refilling, there is already enough gas. 3. The turbo may get clogged with dust, please clean the turbo with a soft brush. 4. Check whether the radio point is in the direction of the turbo, if not, please try to turn it. Not very well. Cannot use when windy. Other than that I like the lighter. I bought a second one.
