Works great!
I had an unused UBS-C 3.2 header on the motherboard and wanted to put it to use. For the most part easy to install. There were no issues with the unit it's self. The issue I had was with my motherboard and getting to the connector. Maybe if I had disconnected all my USB devices and laid the case on it's side it would have gone easier.I put it in a gaming PC, every thing is black and now I have this chrome piece. It's on the back, no one will see it but I'm considering painting it black. On the plus side it came assembled, not that it would take much to assemble it.

Good affordable product with flexible uses.
Seems to work just as advertised. I used this to upgrade an old Corsair Vengeance C70 case for front panel USB-C. You can remove the rear panel plate from this and screw the actual port onto whatever surface you want. I cut a slot and a couple holes into one of the blank 5.25" drive bay covers on the case and mounted this to it. Now I have front panel USB-C on a decade old case.

Does what it says
It functions at the speed and power it's supposed to be rated for. Super easy to install in almost any case, plus you can unscrew it from the bracket and stick it someplace more creative.

Fast USB‑C Add‑On for Front or Rear Case Panel
Installed the GRAUGEAR G‑AD‑ETC‑10G USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 adapter in a spare PCI slot to add a front USB‑C port to an older build. Setup was straightforward—just connect to the motherboard’s Type‑E header and secure the bracket. If your board supports USB 3.2 Gen 2×2, this is a tidy, high-speed way to get USB‑C on your case. Solid build and easy install—just check compatibility and routing space first.

Great for Dual USB Headers, But Check Your Setup
This adapter works as expected, providing front-panel USB-C connectivity with high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20Gbps) support. However, in the era of Thunderbolt 4 and with Thunderbolt 5 on the horizon, these specs aren’t particularly impressive anymore. It’s worth noting that many motherboards only have a single USB header, which is typically used for your case’s ports. Unless your motherboard has dual USB headers, you might find it difficult to integrate this without sacrificing other functionality. While it does the job and is built well, its utility is limited by the current landscape of faster and more versatile standards. Consider this a niche solution for specific setups rather than a future-ready investment.

Great A-Key Header Extender
It can't really get more simple than this as long as your computer motherboard has the correct header. Also, if you're a modder, such as myself, the USB-C port can be unscrewed from the bracket easily and the port is housed in a dense plastic that is slightly pliable but can also be easily heated and molded for minor fit changes and the pre-fab holes for the bracket plate can accommodate any slightly larger screw without changes. There are also 2 pre-fab screw holes on the bottom of the plastic housing 90-degrees relative to the port's normal installation position. This is really useful for a workbench style or open-air case.
