I ordered the cute timer, followed the directions. This timer lasted all of three days!!! I used it six times and then it stopped. Total waste of money!!! Don't loose your money like I did!!! I am adding to my review. I threw the timer away but you could have at least sent me a new on!!!

I like this timer enough that I bought another one for myself after I bought one for my Dad to use as a medicine timer. On the plus side they're obviously cute and seem to work fine (though I've never checked one against an atomic clock). The only down side (depending on your situation) is that they're *not* loud enough to wake the dead. I personally wouldn't be able to hear one in another room (but my hearing's not that great either). But as long as I keep the timer fairly near, it does the job.

I've been using this timer consistently for over half a year now, and I absolutely love it. The design of the orange fox is great and looks especially good in person, it's accurate (I compared it to my phone's timer, and the results were consistent) and easy to use.Just make sure to understand the little design quirk that all of these timers have for some reason - you have to first wind it to the 55-minute mark, THEN wind it to whatever time you're actually setting it to. So for 30 minutes, first you twist to 55 minutes, then twist in the opposite direction to 30 minutes. Every timer with this kind of design that I've found on Amazon apparently has this "feature", I have no idea what causes it mechanically but it's really not a big deal, you get used to it after the first time and it doesn't bother me at all. Can still highly recommend it, especially for the price.

Bought this for a child to time brushing teeth. Barely can hear the timer sound. Cute but would not buy again.

Es un lindo gadget, no muy preciso (el mío suena antes de completar los minutos indicados). El timbre es corto y más bien suave. Si lo que se necesita es un timer o temporizador serio, mejor comprar otro. Viene en una caja que no es muy sólida.
