Good replacement for a hard-to-find bulb
You won't find a bulb of this brightness level (or maybe I should say dimness level) at B&Q or Screwfix. These were just right for our bedside lamps, although the colour did seem a little whiter than the old incandescent bulbs - perhaps this was because the old bulbs were maybe 5 year's old and the glass had discoloured.

Great energy saving replacement LED bulbs
Replaced 10 x old Pygmy bulbs with these new LED ones for a string of outside garden lights. I'm very pleased with the results, they all slotted in easily and look as bright as the originals. I now only use 20W, rather than 150W the old bulbs used and it's given the lights a new lease of life!

Very short life
I've bought these two or three times over the last couple of years and used them as a night light. So that's at least 8 bulbs used. They tend to go in the middle of the night and last a a few months only. Sometimes not even that long. So, any savings in electricity are more than exceeded in capital outlay. Trying another brand and style for now.
