I bought this as a gift and it was perfect. She uses it to practice hair and makeup and it cleans very well! The attachment to counter piece works good as well and is solid!

It actually is real hair which I was skeptical about. It feels soft and smooth and is easy to brush. It came with straight hair and I was easily able to curl it all with a straightener. The only downfall is that the crown at the top is strange. It doesn't allow for me to back comb and create volume due to the way the hair is attached there. And the hair at the front falls directly into the mannequins face due to the way the hair is installed. I ha ent tried yet, but I'm sure that with some steaming and/or blow drying I can make it lay properly. Otherwise, a great buy for the price.
