Solid adapter
This is a solid adapter to take a three hole road bike shoe to a 2 hole, SPD compliant shoe. Works well for those that don’t want to buy new shoes but don’t have SPD compatible cleats. Obviously does increase the float somewhat so just know that going in to it. Fairly easy to install with any knowledge of cleats.

Ease to out on, works just a well as fitting cleats or spds straight to the shoe and allow me to only have one pair of cycling shoes for road (cleats) and commuter (two bolt spds)

Toller hochwertiger SPD Clean Adapter
Ich habe mir Rennradschuhe gekauft, die unten 3 Löcher haben.Allerdings benötige ich für das Indoor-Cycling des Fitnessstudios SPD-Cleats, die mit 2 Löchern angebracht werden.Um dies zu lösen, habe ich einen Clean Adapter gekauft (SM-SH41) der genau für diesen Zweck konstruiert ist. Alle notwendigen Schrauben liegen bereit. Die SPD-Cleats (z.B. SM-SH51) müssen allerdings dazu gekauft werden. Alles zusammen wirkt es sehr hochwertig.
