Lightweight but better for a kid that doesn’t want to try to twist/bend them!
When I read “rubber” I think I was expecting these to be like the Ro Sham Bo brand - but they feel a lot like regular plastic to me. I should’ve sprung for the name brand ones. I think these will do the trick for a while, but have to keep them out of my younger ones hands because he does try to bend them and I’m just not confident they’ll withstand that sort of torture! Ha. I love that they came with croakies though.

Guarantee?
Undoubtedly, glasses for toddlers are bound to be broken. These are certainly more durable than most sunglasses for children. However, it only took a few wears until my two year old twisted the hinges of the frame to nearly breaking point. I haven’t let him wear them in months (as I set them aside and ultimately forgot about them), as I intended to return them but it’s now too late. I did however remember that Rivbos advertised this product with a guarantee. I’m hoping they’ll honor that in response to this review.

Maybe better than Babiators???
These fit really well on my large 4-yr old.....and even quite well on his big-headed 2-yr old brother! They're cute and seem super durable. The lenses seem less easy to scratch, which has been my frustration with Babiators. Finally, I LOVE the price for polarized kid's sunglasses - I probably won't go back to spendier sunglasses! Appreciate the lens cleaning cloth included. The strap is a nice addition, but I borrowed it for myself in a pinch and the way it fits onto the temple tips is quite uncomfortable.

solid and very kid friendly. Highly recommend.
I've purchased three of these glasses. One for each child. Thats how much I like these. The glasses have a solid feel to them, not flimsy like dollar store glasses, and have a little " give" so they seem to take my kids' abuse. Quality lenses, perfect size for 4-8 year olds and has a high quality strap so the kids won't drop or lose them.. If you're considering these, I would highly recommend these if you want good quality glasses that you won't be tossing in the trash in a week.
