The cords appear to work pretty well as I think my phone had an internal short at the connection of the base. When I changed out the cord I still had a problem so it's not the cord but the phone base hookup. Had to replace the phone

I have bought a few for my work phone. Works great for thr first month, thrn the line gets static. I can't hear the person on the phone. So that's why I keep buying them. Best does work. Keeps it from not getting tangled.

I up'd the review to an additional star as they worked like crazy to make me happy with my purchase, they sent me 2 more and they did not work and then they refunded my agreed upon monies back to me.I do not think it is a bad product only goes to prove the point about everything, One shoe does not fit all and in this case one cord detangler may not fit all.I was using them for work on a older NORTEL Phone, I tried them on every phone in the office and all of them had issues of not working except, curiously enough my phone. So out of the 4 for this specific model of phone only 1 worked. Thank you UVital for making things right.--Thank god they sell them in a 2 pack or I may have ended up with the one that did not work.The one that works is going well so far.They sent me out 2 more free of charge and neither of them worked. So now that is 3 of 4. I am going to give them a benefit of the doubt and leave my review as is and I am willing to send your 3 Detanglers back to you, maybe it was the type phone?? Nortel Brand phone??So out of the 6 or 8 they sent me, all but one worked until today and static started a couple of days ago and now today it just will not keep a connection.Again is it because of the type phone I dont know..they have great potential but just did not work at all for me.
