Bought this item to change the lock on our front door. Number one it was very easy to install. My husband installed it in 10 minutes. Number two you will need double aa batteries and not the ones that are chargeable. Just regular double a batteries. Number 3, please watch the video on YouTube that helps you do the set up steps. It’s the video with the lady with a very strong accent (I’m sorry if I offended anyone) you may have to fast forward the video a few minutes to get straight to the point though. When I mean super easy to set up and install. It’s quick. No delays. Just 1,2,3! It also looks great outside of the door. I would definitely recommend this door lock. We also find the little remote (at least that’s what we call them) so convenient. Also not only is the price good. The last keypad door lock we purchased was $250 at Home Depot and it only lasted us 3 years. That’s actually terrible for $250. And to be honest it started wearing out after a few months honestly of having it. Anywho you guys go purchase this keypad door lock. You won’t regret it.

I bought this set when we were building out home. It’s been in use for 1.5 years and is constantly trying to mechanically unlock itself or the lever on the outside coming in gets stuck and the door has to be opened from the inside. Last week the lever on the outside finally gave out and we are having to replace the whole thing. Battery life is only about 6 months to a year on the console as well. We don’t use the front door frequently, so we feel that the battery should last much longer than what it has. All together, it’s a cheap product that is unreliable and quickly falls apart. Beautiful door handle with multiple features of opening the door. The door is battery operated so if it runs out of battery you have a pair a keys just in case, but you can also unlock with a fingerprint, access card, or pass code. So far each one has worked fine. It also has auto lock if you forget to lock your door which I tried to use, but sometimes when I'm going in and out the door I don't close the door in time, so I turned off although it's a nice option. If your door already has holes then it's super easy to install with the directions, but you'll have to drill at least one hole which they provided the drill bit for which was convenient! Overall it's a great looking door handle for our front door and it works well.

The fingerprint keypad works great, a little hard to install but we managed. Everything was going great until suddenly it wasn’t. We could not open the door because the door handle mysteriously broke. A tiny black plastic tab completely broke off about a week after installing. Very disappointed and would like the seller to send me another door handle.EDIT: The sellers customer service team immediately reached out and sent a replacement door handle. Thank you for listening to your customers and responding accordingly!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We bought this lock it'll be 2 years ago on the 11th. Lock was fine first year then it started not reading pin or finger print. Now it unlocks when it wants , thank God we have another door to exit through.

Love this door handle. It took a minute to figure out how to set all the features, but once we did setting everyone up with a code/key tag/fingerprint scan was simple. Sometimes when I put my finger on the scanner, it doesn't read it, so I have to do it again - but it does work, when I put my finger squarely on the scanner. The handle is heavy & sturdy. The keypad is smooth & hidden - just like I wanted. It works just as described & I would buy it again.

Was working great but did not last long… bought July 2023 and already broke this year January 2025. I loved having this but it stinks that it didn’t last that long
