Well packed, all parts were included. There was also a quick tip pamphlet ad well as manual amd warranty information.(Minor scratches on the top tide, but does not affect operation).I am sure it will take a few tries to get a smooth process, but I am new at this game.I cleaned every piece before plugging. I did the pre-uae clean out with the brewing process. The machine is louder than I would like and it dod vibrate noticably, but maybe when tamper is attaches it will not vibrate.I am looking forward to using this machine multiple times a day. It is the beginning of an expe site hobby I can already tell! Next up, the conical burr grinder!If I have issues, I will update my review!

Good for a starter machine. All plastic parts. Took trial error and lots of coffee to figure out how to make it but thats on my end, first time making espresso. Weirdly the right side gives out more coffee and stronger than the left so the function to use double shot as for two different mugs don’t really work because the amount and the consistency comes out different. I would have liked a place to reach out for troubleshooting but the website provided does not work due to unsecure connection. Its an okay machine probably won’t use it more than two years. As everything you upgrade as you go and learn.

This espresso machine works very well, the espresso machine that I had before it always had so many issues but this one is simple and gives you great tasting espresso! Plus it comes with a recipe booklet which is super thoughtful.

Antes de comprar esta maquina investigue muchas opciones por diferentes precios, por lo general mas costosas, pero me alegro mucho de haberme decidido por esta maquina ya que por su precio considero que vale mucho la penaCompre el molino y la maquina de expresso de esta marca y no puedo estar mas contento.Si bien la maquina de expresso no permite personalizar la presión u otros parámetros que pueden afectar el sabor del expresso, para mi gusto es delicioso, extrae muy bien el sabor.El vaporizador de leche funciona muy bien y es muy sencillo vaporizar la leche y darle el punto exacto para hacer latte art.

Me gusto mucho la máquina realiza muy buen café. Lo único que no me gusto es que bota mucha agua por la parte inferior, pero por lo demás me gusto mucho

It's easy to use, but it doesn't make it hot enough. Right out of the machine it's a drinkable temperature, 5 minutes later, it's barely above room temperature...

Please, stop considering the cappuccino as an espresso coffee. It never will be as dark and tasteful. The machine works very good to make latte and cappuccino in an easy way, and I would love it if as a Cuban, I don't drink soft coffee. Out of that, I recommended to whom aren't looking for black dark juices. :=)
