Get off the floor and get this "Body Rhythm Sit-up Chair!"
It does what I wanted it to do, it is firming my belly without having to get on and off the floor, which is an exercise in itself!! lolI bought this for my 72 Birthday in February, and was barely able to do 5, but I stuck with it, and now in May, I am doing 1,500 a day 7 days a week!My goal is to reach 2,000 someday!Along with this exercise, I am eating better than I ever have ate before and the pounds are finally coming off! :)I started out at 310 pounds and as of yesterday I weighed in at 288.6, so I have lost 21.4 pounds for my 6 foot 3 inch frame! My goal is to drop 100 pounds before my 73rd Birthday and I am on my way.....My only 1 complaint about the chair is this.........it squeaks really bad!I used 3 & 1 oil on the joints, didn't help. So I used WD-40 on the joints but that didn't help either, so I tried Silicone and that doesn't help, so nothing stops the squeaking except for the new sound killing headphones I bought myself, but my wife has to suffer through the noise until I am doing doing them, so now I try to do them while she is sleeping in another room. I wish I didn't have to wear them, but the squeaking is unrelenting! :(

Greatly built and Easy to assemble
Easy to put together and feels good doing exercise. Helps my back feel a lot better. Good product for the money.

Comfortable but hard to get out of
This will give you a good overall workout. It helps loosen up my back and tighten my core. I would have given this a higher mark but there are no instructions and for me an older fellow, it is difficult to extricate yourself from.

Why did I wait so long to buy this?
I actually had a similar product twenty five years ago. I used it all the time but as the years went by I moved on to "bigger and better" equipment ,or so I thought. I missed the workout and stretch that machine afforded me. As I'm older and feel that my body and muscles are shrinking, I decided to get another rhythm piece of equipment. I love it. It's like getting a total muscle and back stretch without any effort.

Don't waste your money. Elastic broke on first use
PLEASE don't waste your money! I bought hoping for the Ab Lounger quality but it is an absolute cheaply made rip off. I put it together (no instructions by the way) and placed it where I wanted it. Broke on first use. I'm not heavy <100 lbs. Elastic ripped right out from the cap.

Best of the lot in this category
I first purchased the Backlounge Inversion Bench (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NSZB211?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) - quite liked it and wrote a positive review. Then I found this new item and being familiar with the function of this type device, thought I would like it more.I was right. It's similar but better for me in several ways. I am 77 years old, 5'4, and 150 lbs. * Much easier to take down to store and then set back up.* The four rubber tension cords are much easier to stretch into place. The Backlounge has a single cord that I find difficult to pull and hook into place.* The solid bar at the top you can reach up and pull is much better than the piece of fabric to grab in the Backlounge.* More comfortable to lay in without the hard rubber rollers.* Much easier to mount and dismount. Have to be careful with the Backlounge or you could hurt yourself. * Foot rest can be extended. Backlounge is fixed, fits my frame but doubt it would if you were shorter or taller. * Better Ab workout. It takes more effort to bend back and return. In my opinion it's best in class for this type device. Stretch and work your abs in comfort without laying on the ground.

Great Ab Work Out
The Problem With This Unit I’ve Had 3 Nuts Come Off Twice Reinstalled Have To Keep Eye On Them n Also The Two Pivots Bolts Have To Be Adjusted Twice Already

WORKS AS ADVERTISED.
THE DIRECTIONS ARE VERY VAGUE BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE A PICTURE BUT IT IS EASY ENOUGH TO ASSEMBLE AND WORKS.........PROVIDING YOU USE IT ON A REGULAR BASIS.
