The glass bottle itself is thinner to keep weight light. The silicone skin wrapping is absolutely necessary for bottle protection. The bottle seemed noticeably smaller than my 32oz Nalgene bottle. Upon closer examination, silicone skin notes 700ml just before the neck of the bottle. 700ml is 23oz, so the bottle’s listing of 30oz capacity is misleading. The lid has a silicone gasket seal that seats well to avoid leakage. Otherwise, the 23oz bottle is a nice, lightweight glass that will need to be minded to avoid breaking.UPDATED: just to see exactly how much water the bottle holds, I filled up my 32oz Nalgene and poured in all it could hold. It holds 30oz, maybe 31oz. You can see from the photo how much is left in the bottle. So, total score went from four to five stars.

Great glass bottle, very wide and convienent carry strap. Customer service was excellent after I needed a replacement lid.

Love the size and sturdy feeing of this glass bottle as well as the handle for easy carrying. The seal on the cap is annoying and never quite seals the bottle - always have water spilling all over me when I uncap and drink.

This has honestly been the biggest let down of anything I have ever ordered through amazon. I had ordered a glass water bottle hoping to avoid plastic smells and tastes. The plastic smell and taste from the cover and lid are overwhelming. If I had known how pungent this smell would have been I would have never purchased this. I tried washing and soaking, but nothing seemed to get rid of that smell. Also the glass does not seem as sturdy as I would have hoped, just feels more fragile than I expected.On the plus, it shipped fast and was intact.

Label on box says 32oz, but highest measurement on bottle is 700ml (~24oz). I filled the bottle to the bottom of the mouth (which is almost 2" wide!), then measured how much it held - 800ml, or 28oz. This will work fine for my purposes, but buyer beware that 32 does not equal 32 here. Aside from that the bottle seems great, I'll put it to the test as the weather warms up and I start carrying Gatorade in it while working.

I love this water bottle! Does it's job perfectly and holds much more water than most other glass bottles that I've found. I've received quite a few compliments and requests for the link to buy. I think my favorite part is the handle. It feels very durable unlike other bottles I've had in the past. :)

I received this item on Tuesday April 10th. Today is Sunday April 15th and my bottle is broken. Very convenient handle so that was helpful but I can’t give a decent review because I had it less than a week.

Ive been using this bottle for two months with no concerns. It seals well and is easily cleaned.
