Perfect solution for an office that has the nastiest water! I was not interested in buying a full $200 water dispenser system. Since I drink my water room temp having an easy way to get it from the jug to my mug was all I needed. The recharging feature is nice. The battery seems to last fine for over a week. I charge every Friday at the end of work and let it sit over the weekend. Has worked great so far! It is powerful and makes some sound but the noise is not obnoxious. Also very easy and portable.

Worked so well. So surprised at how easy it was to set up and use with our large water bottle. The battery pack lasted the entire week we were camping. Such a great buy. It made filling our water bottles during our camping trip so easy. Highly recommend this product.

This pump seems to work well. I have well water that is not the greatest. I have this device in my bathroom to use for water for brushing teeth, and filing the water bottle at my nightstand. I have had it for about 6 months and never had to recharge it yet. It pumps the water perfectly well. I also added one in an area of my Church where there is no running water, and it works equally well, and saved us money on a water cooler that was not needed.Obviously it does not cool / heat the water, but for room temperature water it works well. It is a tad on the slow side, so I would not want to fill several glasses at once from this. But for a single water bottle or single cup, it works well.

I ordered this water pump on November 16, 2022. Unfortunately it did not fit my 5 gallon tank, however I still use it to this day because although it doesn’t seal, it does manage to stay on. It was easy to assemble, and add on top of my 5 gallon tank, it’s not too noisy, and it looks just like the picture. Unfortunately, recently I’ve started noticing that the overall battery life seems to have started deteriorating as it now has a harder time staying charged for long periods unlike before. I remember a charge lasting up to a few days, whereas now it lasts maybe a day or two. Regardless, it still works well enough that I don’t regret my purchase as it has definitely been a lovely product and I’d definitely recommend it, hopefully you’ll be smarter about checking the size (unlike me).

This water dispenser is absolutely wonderful. Bought one for camping and it worked the whole time we where there without having to recharge it . We where camping for 8 days . So when we got home we ordered one for the house for bbq's amd birthday's and it did not disappoint at all. I would definitely recommend this as it's inexpensive and seems to be a great product for it's price.

I use this little usb battery powered pump to "pour" water from a 5-gallon water bottle pumping from the top rather than have to lift the bottle upside down in a gravity feed tank. Much easier to setup a new bottle due to the weight. I do wish the pump had a higher volume but it is acceptable. You push the top button once to pump water into a container and push it again to stop the water flow. I have used it daily about 45 days and works fine. You can use a USB power plug to charge it, and it has only run out of charge once in 45 days.

Suits my needs but not perfect. Sits loosely on top of a 5 gallon water bottle. Maybe there’s a reason for that? Secondly, the nozzle is poorly designed - when the tap is running the nozzle drips on the floor at a rate of about two drops per second..
