My father asked me to buy this for him - apparently, he found some reviews about it. After the purchase, he put it on and went happily to golf with his friends. He came back very happy - the lumbar support allowed him to play smoothly & he scored under 84. VERY easy to put on & light weight.

First I feel good but when I wear too bulky even I chose “S” size. It didn’t stay well. I tried to retuned but I can’t … other waist corset stay better so I can wearier open.

I bought this and tried for a couple of days. When standing, it seemed to work fine in the beginning but as you walk and sit, the strings tend to get loose and the support will shift a bit. If you re-tighten, then it makes it difficult to breath since the belt essentially goes over your stomach. Tried driving with it on and it was too much of a challenge to try and find the sweet spot for the lower back while keeping the belt from moving around. Felt like this wasn't a product worth $100+. Maybe if it was $50 I would've kept it but instead returned it for a refund.

You may think it is expensive, but NO way! You will love it. I bought this product for my husband, and he loved it!! Actually, he had the same kind of one, but that did not work, and after changing to THIS product, he feels well and gets better than before. I also use it when my husband doesn't use it, especially whenever I work at home remotely. You can keep your "back" straight and feel good! I strongly recommend this product!

最初箱開けてその綺麗さに驚きました。そして実際につけてはベルトを引いたらものすごいフィット感で思わず声が出ました。

以前、試したことがありその際、身体を支えられてる感の凄さにびっくりしました。ですが値段が少し高いので、購入には至らず。もともと腰痛持ちで、足腰に負担がかかる職業。最近は身体のあちこちの痛みが続いていたので、思い切って購入。装着して仕事してみたら、かなり楽。階段を登る足も軽い。料理をする時も着けると楽です。着けている際は姿勢が良くなるためか、肩の痛みも若干楽になる気がします。広告をみて怪しいと思ってる知人達に、実際に装着してもらって、勧めまくっています（笑）。再購入しているのは、その中の1人に頼まれた分です。注意点は、着ける位置が悪いと肌を痛めます。お値段がちょっと高いので、マイナス1とさせていただきました。

長時間椅子に座っているので、腰や首・肩がコリ姿勢も悪かったが、使用感は悪くないです。強制的に背筋が伸びるので、具合も良いです。ですが、ベルト全体に伸縮性が全く無いので、圧迫感がキツいです。後、背面の部分が硬めなので、薄い服の場合擦れて衣服が傷みました。デスクチェアのメッシュも傷みました。

私は、100kmウオークに向けて練習をしています。これまで50kmを過ぎると必ず右腰が下がり激しい腰痛に襲われました。パーソナルトレーナーに相談し、ガードナーベルトを紹介してもらいました。着用すると一発で骨盤が真っ直ぐに立つのがわかります。これまでの姿勢が悪かったのが理解できました。練習でこれを着用し、骨盤の感覚を覚えて100kmウオークに挑戦します。安価な商品もありますが、しっかりした作りでないと効果はありません。おすすめです。
