I bought this for my husband who has a bit of calcium build-up in a major arterial valve. He is hoping this helps decrease or slow future build-up. He took this for the entire bottle. It did not upset his stomach in any way. I will purchase more for his daily use.

I will never underestimate my body’s need for proper enzymes. Good for my heart, good for my circulation, good for my well-being. Nattokinase capsules, because, I don’t really like the taste of natto.

10,000 units Nattokinase tends to lower heart rate like a mild beta blocker. If I take it at least 90 minutes before exercise it makes it more difficult to get my heart rate up to 90% of max heart rate for my HIIT training. This product also has this effect on me.

Good supplement!

I made the mistake of buying a different brand that didn't have the actual Japanese government approved nattokinase extract which is NSK-ND. Source Naturals is a trustworthy brand and they put the extract name right on the front panel so I trust that they're using the real thing. SInce I"m depending on this extract to keep my blood from forming clots, I want to be sure that I have the scientifically studied nattokinase, not some other extract that may not have the same results.
