I connected the cables to jump my car but I do not get the battery too charge ( the lights on the cable is only blue how do I turn it on or is it auto

In my very recent experience, when using this power supply as a jump starter, the point is NOT to charge your car battery, but to provide the sheer power to jump start your vehicle! FIRST, you plug in the proper harness, (the one with the two battery clips). You do not need to press the device's "on" button, when jump-starting a car. As soon as the jumper clips have been inserted into the proper hole, a green LED inside the harness lights up, and begins to blink. Now, you just hook the clips to the proper terminals of your car battery, wait about 30 seconds, then try to start your car. It works like a charm, but I agree that the instructions are not always clear on some of these issues. There is no need to press the ON button. NICE PRODUCT, though!

Will the air compressor auto stop after it reach the set PSI?

The input for charging is specific at 5 v--3 a? why is an ac input charger not included in the box with the device?
