I recently tried the 365 energy shots from Whole Foods, and let me tell you, they are fantastic. Not only do these shots give me the energy boost I need, but they also manage to do so without any side effects that often come with energy drinks. I particularly enjoy the Cherry Limeade flavor, as the combination of cherry and lime creates a refreshing and invigorating taste. However, I have also tried the other flavors, and I must say they are just as satisfying. These shots are perfect for those busy days when you need a pick-me-up but don't want to rely on sugary beverages like red bull . Highly recommend!

These taste pretty good especially if cold and keep the energy up same as a cup of coffee

the big issue with these little energy shots is usually the taste. These taste pretty good for what they are. The ingredients are really good with green tea, b vitamins, and even yerba mate which is the first time I have seen that in a drink like this. Only 6 grams of sugar but I would prefer it to be sugar free. Provides a nice steady boost of energy without overdoing it. No jitteriness or shaking. Energy level is consistent throughout the day. A good value for the money as opposed to the gas station variety from a brand you can trust.

The 100 mg caffeine energy drink has a nice flavor, better than other energy drinks. The caffeine level is perfect for a needed boost in energy. The calorie and sugar content is higher than I like. A sugar free version would allow me to rate it a five. Many people may like the boost the sugar will give.

Flavor:The flavor is pretty strong, but it's good/fine. You know you are getting a strong shot. You can taste the watermelon/strawberry flavor. It's a bit on the tart side.Caffeine:It is a good amount of caffeine. There's 100mg of caffeine per shot. For comparison, my 16oz drink from a popular competitor is 180mg. So this is more than half of a 16 oz drink in a small 2oz container. Basically, 2 of these (4oz) would be more than a 16oz drink. It's about equal caffeine to a standard 8oz cup of coffee. I don't drink coffee, so these are great alternatives.Bottle:It's a bit awkward to drink it in one chug because of the size of the bottle opening. I consume it in about 2-3 sips.

I know most energy shots don’t taste good. These follow suit, in my opinion, they are terrible tasting. They did give me a bit of energy. I took them on a long road trip while driving. Didn’t seem to have any jitters like some of them cause! Also, the sugar content is super low, and they seem to be rather healthy! So that was definitely a plus!Overall, they are probably a good value! Lets be real they all taste terrible.

These two ounce shots pack a nice punch when you need a pick-me-up in the middle of a long work day. I wish it had a lower sugar content, but then it probably wouldn't taste as good. I don't think it needed 6 g of added sugar, but that is my only complaint. There's plenty of caffeine, but not so much it makes you jittery, The vitamin B gives you some sustained energy and overall I find these shots to be very effective. However, they are a bit expensive with each bottle coming in at more than $2. The formula itself is somewhat similar to other similar shot style energy boosters so it really just comes down to preference. I enjoyed the strawberry watermelon flavor so I am happy with these.
