Q: Where is the cable management piece located? Looks like it's in the front in the pictures which wouldn't make sense. Clarify?

The cable management is located in the back of the stand. It is the piece down the center of the back of the stand shown in the picture with the 2 small holes .

Q: Would it be possible to assemble it with the bottom shelf in one side of the room and use the top two shelves as a TV stand?

Not a good idea, its stronger with all three shelves.

Q: what is the maximum weight of the TV with the support already placed on top of the glass? the description says 99lb, comments say it doesn't support.

I don't know the weight, but I have a 50 inch TV plus some decor on it and it seems to be ok.

Q: Do this product has any screws?

The product uses large screw rods to put the piece together. No tools are necessary.
