Big Boss 9338 Swirlio Frozen Fruit Dessert Maker, Black/Silver

So far so good. Makes delicious ice cream out of frozen fruit just like it promises and it really does taste like ice cream. Very easy to use and clean. Was hesitant to try reading some of the reviews saying it was hard to clean etc. Don't know what they are talking about. I cut the fruit into small pieces and freeze for at least 12 hours as instructed. Let thaw 7 minutes. Drop into shoot a few pieces at a time and out comes the ice cream. Immediately dismantle it and rinse the pieces under hot running water. Takes literally a minute at most. The machine is clean and I'm sitting on the couch eating guilt free ice cream. Was afraid it would not make very much without adding a lot of fruit (and calories) but that is not the case. I just use one banana and few berries or what not for flavoring and it makes a whole cereal bowl full. Hopefully it holds up. I love it.

I just love this product I use it all the time. However the cleaning brush was not with the Swirlo machine as the box said so I had to find a small cleaning brush that worked for cleaning the smaller areas. This is a great product for anyone who is allergic to ice cream and would like to enjoy a nice bowl or cone made from bananas and other fruit, it is just like eating ice cream, when mixing the bananas with the fruit..

I love ice cream and this give me a healthy desert like ice cream. The only thing that I would like if the motor was a little strong. I have used it every nighrt for a month and no problems, I find that cleaning is quick and easy.

This unit was defective and the company would only stand behind it if I paid UPS $39.64 to re-box and ship it which would have cost more than I paid for it. The manufacturer, Emson, would not even listen to me, just wanted to keep me in a big circle with Swirlio (name on the product) who would not give me any satisfaction. Amazon only would accept it w/n a month of purchase and as I had lost the instruction sheet for almost that amount of time I was just guessing. Upon finding the sheet it gave me contradictory info. Also said "Do not Return to Store. " First bad experience ever with an Amazon product. Horrible experience with Swirlio, Big Boss and Emson.

Great dessert maker. you have to make sure the ingredients are frozen-ish. Too frozen and it wont work well. Not frozen enough and its a blob. Otherwise, it was well worth the purchase.

An awesome machine, however it works best if slightly thawed items are used! Kids love it!

I love this machine! this is a way to take away your ice cream craving and get your fiber in. It's perfect for the summer and i make fruit "ice cream" for my father that has diabetes. highly recommend it. oh yeah and its easy to clean.

Jams up if the fruit is too frozen. Be sure to thaw pretty well. This takes away from the fact that it is to mimic ice cream.

Love this product. Best results happen when you put the mixture through twice to really blend the different fruit is more than one is being used. I'm very happy with Swirlio. Terrific buy.

Healthy and good teast, easy to operate and clean

Never did get anything from it. The auger didn't work at all. I had to send it back but did get a prompt refund.
