Memorex MA5004BK Mini Sound Bar Home Speaker System for iPod and iPhone

Works just as expected love this in my daughters room so that she has some background noise while sleeping. We use this with a third-generation iPod touch without issues or challenges the remote is handy and the volume is fantastic wish they made this for the iPhone five.

When the sound bar came out of the box it was an excellent product. We used it to listen to a thunderstorm track on an iPod overnight. Now, after three months, I cannot get the power light to come on and no sound will play at all because the power button will not respond. No power light, no sound, no button function at all. The sound bar is also capable of charging an iPod, and it still does so, but it will not play music. The Memorex site will not search properly for model numbers and the product listing there is spotty at best, so I'm left with very few troubleshooting options. When the power supply is unplugged from the unit the speakers respond with a click.There are better sound bar options and I encourage you to keep searching.
